Glennis was designed by senior living management experts who have decades of real-world experience in and around senior living communities. Implementation

Change, even for the better, isn’t always easy. Our team is experienced in helping our customers manage change throughout the process. A dedicated Glennis implementation specialist will be your personal point of contact to make sure your set up is seamless without disruption to your business. We’ll work with you to plan the implementation process, explain the scope of work, and provide an estimated completion date. Then we’ll get to work to set everything up, including migration of your property and resident data, and collaborate with your partners to ensure that Glennis supports your business processes. We’ll make sure your integrations work and take care of any system adjustments so that Glennis does everything you need it to from the start.

Training

We know that your staff is busy taking care of residents and keeping your properties running smoothly. Before training begins, we’ll work with you ensure your teams understand the value of Glennis and how it will improve their workday by adding efficiency, transparency and improving communication around resident care. Whether it’s in-person training or remote, we’ll make sure your teams know how to use Glennis to its fullest following best practices. Because Glennis was designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, your teams will adapt and adopt quickly.

We Make Sure Your Success is Ongoing

Once your software suite is up and running, we will continue to work side-by-side to identify measurable goals, set up success metrics and optimize as you go. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re taking advantages of the new features we continually release and plan for growth as your company evolves in its use of technology. We’ll make sure you’re getting the most out of Glennis to maximize your efficiency, compliance, and profitability, all while maintaining your high standards of care. As you continue to use your new system, your Account Manager will stay involved in your success, offering regular check-ins, along with system and performance reports on regular basis. As your business grows, we’ll make sure Glennis supports your every need.
