New integration marks first milestone towards streamlined functionality between assisted living software solutions.
LOUISVILLE (March 1, 2023) – Enquire, Glennis Solutions, and Sherpa CRM have rolled out a new integration giving Enquire and Sherpa users one streamlined workflow to complete the new resident move-in process in the Glennis Revenue reservation management system. This API is an important first step towards integrating the three assisted living software solutions for an improved customer experience and interoperability since the companies merged late last year.
“Our product teams have outdone themselves in building industry-leading assisted living solutions,” said Brad Frasher, CEO of the combined entity. “In a matter of weeks, they were able to deliver these important integrations that simplify the user experience and shorten the move-in cycle.”

Sherpa and Enquire CRM solutions are now able to send prospect demographic and contact information to the Glennis platform when logging a deposit, sale, or admission. Reservations are secured and completed in Glennis without having to move from one system to the other.
